Welcome to Mountainside Wellness. 
My philosophy of personal training is simple.  Work smart, work hard, and unite body/mind in every workout.  Whatever our goals, if we want to achieve real, long lasting results, we must do more than exercise our bodies. We need to exercise our mind as well. Let's change any unhealthy perceptions and attitudes about exercise, fitness, health, and nutrition.  Let's develop habits that uplift our spirits and bring happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity.

There is a lot of misinformation and image-related propoganda out there.  Sometimes its hard to know where to start or what to do.  Let's work together, smarter, to reach your goals.
